Dorothy Spearman Clark is General Partner at Clarke & Associates, LLLP and President of LCS Tax Preparation & Financial Services, LLC.  Both entities include expert tax preparation, tax related financial services, bookkeeping, payroll, auditing, consulting and forensic accounting.  With an experience span of over 25 years, Dorothy is a Certified Forensic Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting, emphasizing auditing and economic fraud.

In addition to expert administrative skills, Dorothy’s technical skills include: Information Security Management; Privacy Management; Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) Mobile and Remote Computing; Electronic Archiving and Data Retention Data Mining/Warehousing; Document, Content and Knowledge Management.  Other certifications include:

Since 1992, Dorothy’s philanthropic efforts have included those for the American Red Cross, March of Dimes and Alzheimer’s Association; assisting in the acquiring of thousands in contributions.  Her former membership of the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce awarded her a seat on the Membership Development Committee, which focused mainly on the solicitation of businesses for new memberships to the Chamber.   She is resourceful and effective at acquiring contributions and gifts in-kind for charitable organizations; now, co-founding The Atlanta Mass Choir International Corporation, a nonprofit organization.

Dorothy is an accomplished clarinetist.  She is credited on the World Changers International Live Performance CD – “The Heart of God”(2009).  She is also a writer and author – Dorothy’s published works include the book “Power Within the Woman” and a monthly article “Old Southern Lady”, published in the Fairburn News in Fairburn, Georgia and the Troup County News in LaGrange, Georgia (2006-2008).  Dorothy has also written and co-written several literary works, including operations manuals, employment manuals and tax related instructional manuals.  She is a registered writer of the Writers Guild – East Society.
